MIPI CSI
A camera interface family that requires a matched electrical and data-format configuration.
What it means
MIPI camera interfaces connect a sensor or module to an embedded receiver over a serial link. The selected module and board determine lane count, signalling and the available output format.
A matching connector name is insufficient for compatibility. Receiver configuration, clocking, pixel format, framing and firmware must agree.
In practice
Use the exact interface manual and board revision. Confirm whether MIPI and other video outputs can operate simultaneously.
