CAMCUDA · Inside quality control
Thermal camera module quality control.
Every CAMCUDA thermal imaging module is professionally inspected before dispatch. See the inspection workstations, focus-adjustment equipment and real imaging checks behind our OEM thermal camera modules.

The process
Inspection is part
of the product.
For a 640×512 thermal camera core, the detector is only one part of the integration. Lens setup, image output and the selected assembly also matter. These photographs show the people and equipment involved in the work.
Inspection workstations
Clearly marked IQC/OQC checkpoints and an IPQC operator are visible on the line, alongside module trays and inspection equipment.
Focus adjustment
Dedicated focus-adjustment equipment supports optical setup and image review during module production.
Live imaging checks
A powered thermal camera module is connected to a monitor so an operator can review its live image at the bench.
Professional final inspection
CAMCUDA thermal modules undergo quality inspection before dispatch. Discuss any application-specific acceptance requirements when selecting your configuration.

Before you order
Quality-control
questions.
Are CAMCUDA thermal modules checked before shipment?
Yes. CAMCUDA thermal imaging modules undergo professional quality inspection before dispatch. The photographs and videos on this page show examples of inspection workstations, focus-adjustment equipment and imaging checks.
Which checks should I confirm for my configuration?
Discuss the selected module, lens, interface and intended operating environment. Optical setup, output modes and acceptance requirements should be matched to your assembly and application.
Can I evaluate a 640×512 sample before OEM integration?
Start with a configuration-matched sample and evaluate it with your host, lens and interface requirements. AeroMini 640 and the thermal module range provide starting points for discussing the right sample configuration.
What should I include in a quality-control enquiry?
Include the module model, lens, video interface, application, operating environment, expected quantity and any required acceptance checks. This helps our team discuss the appropriate configuration and inspection requirements.
