FAQ / Help Center
Fast answers for thermal camera module selection and ordering.
Short, practical answers for buyers who want to compare modules, request documents, and move toward checkout or RFQ.
Which thermal module resolution should we choose?
Use 256×192 or 384×288 for budget-sensitive prototypes. Use 640×512 when image detail, drone inspection, or professional viewing is important.
Which interfaces are available?
Camcuda product data supports USB, MIPI, CVBS, and DVP paths. The right choice depends on host board, video workflow, enclosure, and latency needs.
Can we request mechanical and electrical documents before ordering?
Yes. Use the Download Center for available visuals and contact Camcuda for model-specific packets.
Do you support OEM or custom configurations?
Yes. Send the target application, interface, lens or viewing distance, expected quantity, enclosure limits, and destination market.
Where are refund and legal policy pages?
Support links to Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Refund Policy. Checkout should also link to the same pages.
How do we get a quote?
Use Contact / RFQ and include application, model, quantity, country, and integration notes.
